Roger Miller, Superintendent

Roger D. Miller is a dedicated employee of Dallas County. More than 20 of his 30 year tenure has been been spent supporting Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price. Roger worked through the ranks and presently serves as Superintendent of Road and Bridge District 3.

Roger’s duties include the direct oversight of county road work projects and directing the departmental activities. He is charged with preparing cost estimates, contracts, and interacting with public entities for the district. Additionally, he manages and directs construction and maintenance positions and is accountable for annual expenditures and construction projects.

Roger is married to Cindy, has 2 children Randy & Robin and 2 grandsons, Randon & Ross
